Grade E, £40,750 - £46,150 p.a. inclusive of London Weighting depending on experience. Full time permanent role.
The registrar will devise and develop the school’s admission strategy in collaboration with senior colleagues and plan a seamless and efficient application process for pupils and parents. This will include the introduction and management of a new on-line registration and events booking system, and the monitoring of admissions data to ensure school roll targets are maintained.
The registrar will report to the Head, bursar and director of external relations, and will manage an assistant registrar.
Applicants will be educated to degree level, or equivalent, and will have significant experience in admissions or marketing in an educational context. Strong analytical, strategic and creative thinking skills are essential, as is the ability to lead and manage staff and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build and sustain effective working relationships across the organisation. Up to date knowledge of market trends, and adaptability paired with ambitious customer service goals will ensure successful engagement with customers and stakeholders.
