A group of City of London Boys and City of London Girls from the Royal Navy Combined Cadet Force visited Portsmouth for a field day on 30 September and 1 October.
The students stayed on board HMS Bristol, living in a Mess Deck and eating in the Junior Rates Mess.
As part of the trip, they visited Action Stations within the historic naval dockyard and took a tour of HMS Victory, Admiral Nelson's flagship in the battle of Trafalgar (1805). They also took part in practical leadership tasks, organised as part of the visit to the Leadership School at HMS Collingwood. The girls took an active part in all activities offered and had a lot of fun competing against students from the other schools in attendance.
