Our students have achieved a record-breaking set of GCSE results, with the highest ever proportion of entries: 83 per cent graded A* (or 9 to 8). 94 per cent of the year group achieved at least nine A and A* grades (or 9 to 7), with 62 per cent of the year group achieving at least nine A* grades (or 9 to 8). Just over 94 percent of entries were graded A* to A (or 9 to 7).
The school is also celebrating many individual successes, with two students receiving 12 A*s (or 9 to 8) and a further 14 students achieving 11 A* grades (or 9 to 8).
Students have excelled across a wide range of subjects. 100% of students taking Computer Science, French, Music and Physical Education achieved A*. Over 90 per cent of those studying Chinese, DT, German, Greek, Religious Studies and Spanish achieved an A* grade (or 9 to 8). In Chinese, Drama, DT, French, Music, Physical Education, Spanish and Higher Project Qualification, an impressive 100 percent of the cohort achieved A* to A grades (or 9 to 7).
