    Results of the Lower Two’s London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) Speaking Verse and Prose Grade 1 Examinations have once again been excellent.

    All girls passed, with 81% achieving Distinctions.

  • Victory at Vex IQ Robotics UK Finals

    City girls finished 2nd and 3rd out of 20 teams representing schools from all over the UK at the Vex IQ Robotics UK Finals, held at the Big Bang Fair in Birmingham on Wednesday 11th March.

  • Outstanding Inspection Report

    The Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) has this week published its report on the City of London School for Girls in the Barbican following an inspection that took place from 20 to 23 January 2015. The report confirms the exceptional quality of the education provided by the school and how well it achieves its mission statement, ‘aiming for excellence in all we do in the education and development of young women’.

  • Pupil Named Young Sports Person of the Year

    Tin-Tin Ho has been awarded Young Sports Person of the Year at the British Ethnic Diversity Sports Awards.

    The Year 11 pupil attended the awards ceremony on 21st February at Ricoh Arena in Coventry. Voting was open to the public, and was decided along with a panel of experts.
