City certainly has a lot to offer, both in an academic and an extra-curricular sense. In Sixth Form, this diversity increases – you have the chance to found new clubs and activities. Sixth Form at City offers a huge amount of freedom. The school has a brand new state-of-the-art Sixth Form Common Room, where you can always find groups of girls working, relaxing, cooking or eating. However, we find that it is the atmosphere that makes Sixth Form at City truly special. The girls are friendly and teachers treat you as equals and respect you.
During your time as a Sixth Former at City you will be intellectually challenged. However you will have a tremendous amount of support readily available to you through teaching staff, resources and technology. You will have the opportunity to study subjects in greater depth within a broader context and you will be more responsible for the direction of your studies and for planning your private study.
Our brand new Sixth Form Centre now gives Sixth Formers the space to unwind from their studies or utilise state of the art ICT resources within their own computer suite.
