Sixth Formers
Admission to the Sixth Form is by written examination and interview in the Autumn and Spring Terms prior to proposed entry. Applicants should normally be predicted GCSE A* or A grades in the subjects they intend to study in the Sixth Form, or those most closely related to them, and should normally obtain at least B grades in their other subjects. Most entrants have a minimum of eight GCSE subjects including English, Mathematics, and Science.

The completed registration form for Sixth Form entry must reach the Admissions Secretary by 17 October before the year of entry. Following the written papers, a short-list of candidates will be called for interview, and from these the final selection will be made.
