Since 1990 CLOGA have produced their own magazine which has been sent out to members all over the world. We include news, stories from the past, matters of interest about the current school including the Head Mistress' report at Prize Day and many other items to keep everyone in touch and interested in their old school. All old girls will tell you that the camaraderie is very strong amongst past pupils and staff stretching over the years.
Memories of the City of London School for Girls in the original school buildings in Carmelite Street, London EC4, kindly provided by former pupils.
“My first day at school consisted of wondering just how I was ever going to concentrate with all the clashing and clanging emitted from the Fleet Street presses. It was deafening. However it was not too long before we hardly noticed the noise as we went about our daily work.
